Southern Baptists Denounce White Nationalism

At their convention this week, the Southern Baptists voted overwhelmingly to condemn the white-nationalist Alt-Right movement and to declare all racism to be “of the devil.” But they continue their adulation, one could almost call it worship, of Donald Trump. I simply do not believe that the Southern Baptists have had any change of heart; they just want to look like nice, modern people.
